Philosophy
Philosophy
To prepare children for life’s social, emotional, physical and intellectual challenges; developmentally appropriate early childhood experiences are designed to meet each child’s needs.
All children can learn and benefit from an engaging environment that promotes learning.
To provide healthy, safe, secure and nurturing environments that support optimal learning.
A strong foundation for resiliency, self-sufficiency, independence and success is created when parents, families, and communities are fully engaged in our program and in the lives of their children.
Ongoing staff training, professional development, and a commitment to exceed required staff qualifications will produce a program of excellence.
Dedicated, knowledgeable, active and accessible program governance sets the tone for open communication and shared decision making program wide.
